What about recommended specs?

Steam’s recommended section says that a 64-bit processor and operating system are required. It does not currently list a separate recommended CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, or DirectX target. We leave those unspecified.

Minimum requirements describe the published baseline. They are not a promise of performance on a particular device.

Platform and connection notes

The Steam requirements list Windows. Separately, Update 0.1.73 explicitly identifies Mac, Linux, CrossOver, Wine, and Proton as currently unsupported. That platform note comes from the developer, rather than an assumption based on an absent store tab.

Broadband internet also appears in the developer’s description of Scam With Your Friends in Early Access. Do not assume single-player means offline play.

No console requirements or console edition are established by the sources used for this page.
