Choose the right support route
Game bug
Open the bugs forum and read its pinned guidelines before posting. The server is shared by multiple games, so identify Scam With Your Friends in your report.
Feature request or game idea
Use the suggestions forum. Requests for new callers, roles or features are not confirmation that those features exist.
Other support
The ticket panel offers General, Content Creation and Moderation Inquiry categories. It explicitly redirects bug reports and suggestions to their respective forums.
Where are the Windows player logs?
Open Windows File Explorer and paste this developer-provided folder into the address bar. Find Player.log and Player-prev.log and upload the files with your report, as requested in the giving-player-log channel.

What to include in a useful report
The following checklist is this guide’s editorial advice. It helps describe a reproducible problem; it is not a claim that the server requires every field.
Version & setup
Record your installed Scam With Your Friends version and operating system. For co-op, say whether you are hosting or joining and whether a version-mismatch warning appears.
Exact symptom
Describe what you did, what happened instead, and any exact error text. State whether the issue concerns recognition, caller audio, AI sign-in, or joining a lobby.
Relevant evidence
Attach the two requested player logs. If useful, include a short screenshot or clip of the error and mention any community mods in use.
Check the current forum guidelines
At review time, the pinned bug guidelines excluded joke reports, NSFW material and map-related bugs. Read the live rules before opening a post; do not assume an unrelated support ticket is a workaround for those rules.
Reporting when sign-in is broken
Update 0.1.73 added bug reporting without signing in and improved authentication diagnostics. If the game cannot reach AI sign-in, preserve the error message and use the available report route rather than guessing a network repair.
